Privacy policy
This document explains how attorney Nedelcho Nedelchev processes the personal data received through the website www.nnedelchev.eu, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the Bulgarian Personal Data Protection Act.

What data we collect
When you send an enquiry through the form, we receive your name, phone number, email address (if provided) and the text of your message. We do not collect any other data and no registration is required.
Please do not share sensitive information in the form (for example health data or details of criminal proceedings). Such information is better discussed in person.
Purpose and legal basis
The data is used solely to reply to your enquiry and, if you wish, to arrange a meeting. The legal basis is your consent and the taking of steps prior to a possible contract for legal services (Article 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR).
Retention period
If no engagement follows the enquiry, the data is deleted within 6 months of the last communication. If an engagement follows, the data is retained in accordance with the Bulgarian Bar Act and other applicable legislation.
Who has access to the data
The data is received by email and is accessible only to attorney Nedelchev. It is not disclosed to third parties unless required by law. The website hosting provider and the email service provider process the data technically on behalf of the controller.
The attorney is bound by professional secrecy with regard to everything entrusted to him.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not use cookies, analytics tools or advertising. Fonts are loaded from the same server, with no connection to external services. Links to Google Maps open only if you click them. Your language choice may be remembered in your browser; this information is not sent anywhere.
Your rights
You have the right to:
- request access to your personal data and a copy of it;
- request correction or erasure of the data;
- withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before the withdrawal;
- object to the processing or request its restriction;
- lodge a complaint with the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (www.cpdp.bg).
